Video Interview with CC:CC was in town... NYC is her second home, (Singapore is her first). She went to school here and played with a number of indie bands at that time. Now, after winning awards for both her videos, So Shiok and Crazy Nasty, this Electro Artist is filling every moment with music and more music. Besides what is mentioned in the video, CC is collaborating on many projects including recomposing vintage, traditional pieces from Indonesia and China into modern compositions. She continues her tour doing the fashion shows in Canada.....Latest news is she will only be playing in Singapore with Sean Kingston rather than all throughout Asia (Sean's Loss...), and she's finishing up her own works to produce an album hopefully by the end of the year. I was just able to catch a few minutes of her time in the midst of her busy schedule to catch some impromptu Q&A. In fact she was still holding meetings and packing to leave that same night....whew! Edward Bennett of Absalom Artists was kind enough to allow us the space to interview and even jumped in to describe a bit about Absalom and some plans he and CC are discussing in regards to collaboration East with West.Forgive the choppy editing, the poor video, it was spur of the moment all the way. But none of that can take away from the charm and talent of CC.
