AL.: We’re not a band…we’re not musicians…”. Who are you?

When we understand, we will let you know… but don’t expect it to be soon.

AL.: It’s really banal to say it, but we all know you cannot make money out of music in Bulgaria. Who are these people that continue making music, although they often have to pay for it?

Well, it’s possible to make money out of it, it depends what goals you are following. Our goal is that s.nob band relies on self-support and till now we’ve managed. It’s not our priority to become rich from music. There are some fields we are professionals in, so that assures us a good living. Through the music we want to be “more us”. If it turns out it has to be our main activity for earning money, we don’t think we can make it.


AL.: You have 3 videos which are quite different talking about concept and approach. It is on purpose, is it for its sake, or was it planned?

The difference comes from the people who made the videos – we just let them create. For us the important thing was to see another point of view for our music.





AL.: “Will hold tight the last dream at any cost.., you sing. Which is the last dream?

The one you don’t wanna wake up from…

AL.: Was it natural that Samuil (the drummer) and Marina sing together, or it was planned from the beginning?

It was natural. Samuil has limited vocal qualities, so it’s not the best ecperience for marina to sing with him.

(AL. – It’s a joke, I think… They sound great together!).

AL.: Which international bands are your inspiration?

They are too much. We tried to list them in our profile, but we didn’t have enough space and time. Honestly said, the greatest influence comes from the Bulgarian bands who succeeded to form a music platform in Bulgaria. The best ones for us are: New generation and Review followed by Alien Industry, Syco Tribe, Insmouth, Kuln, Propaganda, Pyromania, Panican Whyasker, Babyface clan.

AL.: How would you describe your own style, does it have its own name?

No, we haven’t. We are not that clever to succeed to self-define us.


AL. Which is the first thing each one of you thinks when stepping on stage. And which is the last one?

Ivo thinks how much alcohol he had and what else is he able to drink. Marina is totally nervous in the beginning, in the end she is always wondering where did she make mistakes. Stefan doesn’t have time to think much, because he is always late and after the concerts usually has to leave fast. Stoyan is not speaking still, so nobody knows what is he thinking. Ivan and Samuil are thinking mainly for the last improvisation and how to make others feel uncomfortable.

AL.: The thing we must know about you?

It may be a cliché, but it’s a fact – we are not considering ourselves very serious or important – we are just s.nob.
