I registered as a band and can't see my profile, what happened?

How private is my information?
Indizoo.com does not share, sell, trade your email address, physical address, telephone or any private information you submit to indizoo with anyone for any reason. Your private information is only for use by indizoo to contact you in regard to updates or changes to the site, to notify you of, or contact you for featuring on indizoo, or for general maintenance of the indizoo site. In regards to financial transactions; as the tee shirt designer, ZooShop and other e-commerce features launch we will need your private information to verify for your safety thatvyou are the one involved in a transaction.
How do I register?
Registration is simple. Just click on the yellow Register button at the top, rght of any page or click the Sign up and Join link in the left side bar menu. Once the registration form comes up select Band in the Type field.
User Name is your ID name for signing into your profile on indizoo and is case sensitive
Password should be 6-16 letters, numbers or combination of both... the password is also case sensitive.
Display Name is what will be seen by visitors to the site.
If I register as a band or music artist what features are available?
If registered as a band or music artist you may create a profile, upload music, video, and photos. This is typical of most all music community sites and indizoo encourages you to maintain as many profiles as possible to promote your music. You will find many in our resource directory that indizoo has previewed to help you find them and make a decision where you want to be. You may, and are encouraged to include links to you personal web pages, your other profiles, your favorite links.
You have 200 MB of space available for media. You may upload as many songs or videos you like up to this limit.
Maximum upload size for songs is 10 MB. (most music file types, mp3, mp4, wav are acceptable.)
Maximum upload size for videos is 100 MB.(avi files are preferable, mpeg4, mov, wmv are acceptable. Files are automatically converted to play on indizoo.)
One feature we are working on include a sales feature so you may also sell your CDs/DVDs, downloads and ringtones through indizoo as well as printed merchandise.
ONLY bands and music artists or labels (or other managing agents) may register under this category to take advantage of these features. Labels or managers may register their artists, but artists must be registered individually under their own names. Labels may create a link on the artists profiles and may also register under the business category and be listed in the resource directory.

I can't see my profile, what happened?
If you register as a band Indizoo requires you to upload at least one image for your profile to become visible. We want users to get the most out of being on indizoo and we want indizoo to be as professional looking a site as we can for our members. Uploading your music, photos and video to the site and posting some information about yourself in your profile allows us to do more to showcase you.
I see member profiles that have embedded video and images. How can I do the same?
Once you are signed in you will notice a link in your control console that is named Edit BIO. If you click that link you will open a WYSIWYG editor. This editor has a tool bar that includes buttons to upload images and to embed youtube and other video to your profile. You may also customize the text a little, a little more if you know html and you can add hot links to any media or text in your profile. Link to your website, other profiles and networking sites, favorite links and more.
Of course, the Edit Video, Edit Albums, Edit Songs and Upload Images tools let you upload media to our server and it can be viewed or listened to from your profile page. We prefer to use these files when we do a feature on a member. (As we launch the ZooShop these tools will also allow you to make use of the store features to sell your music if you choose.)

How do I get featured?
Indizoo features artists we enjoy, find interesting, unusual, particularly skilled or talented, successful, involved, popular or not so popular, exciting, artistic, avant garde, new, classic, old, just about any reason you can think of. We will try to feature as many of indizoo's members as we possibly can because we feel each is unique, but it is a lot of work and time and some of you may be neglected. Don't let that stop you from writing though to request a feature or an interview...definitely tell us why as we may be looking for a theme or a direction and WE ARE INTERESTED in you and your work!
Can I pay to get an interview or feature?
NO! Indizoo will not accept offers to pay for features. Indizoo does not charge artist members for any features or for any use of the site. It is absolutely free to artist members. Artist interviews and features are created at indizoo's discretion only.
...How about the video documentaries?
The documentaries created by indizoo are established as separate business entities and may or may not be sponsored in part or in whole by indizoo, certain members, investors or sponsors.
Indizoo plans to create an ongoing series of short and feature length documentaries to showcase unique music artists and resources from around the world. Our first is a full lenghth film called Revolucionarios del Corazón which is in post production and is expected to be finished this year in time for the film festival circuit.
Can I use code in my profile?
Yes, we permit code on artist profiles, but our page parameters are limited and you cannot get as creative with code as many do on communities such as myspace. Please feel free to use code, html or css preferably, to add links, banners, images, video and other enhancements to your profile page. Please keep sizes and parameters in context with indizoo's graphics. Code is copied into the bio section of your profile.

How do I register as a resource in the resource directory?
Just click the yellow register button at the top right of the page or the sign up and join link in the left side bar menu. On the registration window select business in the first field. This is the same whether you are a business, an organization or an individual considered a resource to the music community. Once you select business as your type, in the next field you can select your category as music label, music site, venue, studio, etc. If you cannot find a suitable category send an email with your suggestion and we will add it to the list.
What features are available to me as a business member?
Registering as a business member includes you in indizoo's resource directory where visitors may search for you by category, country and keyword. You may post your profile page to preview your services to indizoo users.

Resource registration is FREE!
We are working on an inexpensive subscription fee schedule that will allow us to support the site and to showcase artists and resources through sponsored events, documentaries and more. We are currently in post-production on a full length documentary, Revoltionarios del Corazon.
Your subscription will also get you a lot of service from us including banner rotations throughout the site, an indizoo ZooStar review and possible consideration for articles, interviews, videos, and posting your link and information in indizoo peripheral locations (ie myspace.com/indizoo), e blasts, newsletters, blogs and more.
Our job is to showcase you to the music community worldwide through this site.
What is a ZooStar?
ZooStars: Indizoo as a service to our members (artist and resource) and visitors will visit and review all resource registrations to assure the links are valid. Subscriber and enhanced resource profiles will get Starred with a ZooStar icon and a review by indizoo on the profile page. Indizoo will also feature certain resources on the website, blogs, e-blasts and more. Resources may also find themselves the subject of or featured in an indizoo documentary.

Besides being an internet place that showcases music artists worldwide, indizoo is a place where you can find music resources of all kinds. Indizoo searches the net for the finest and widest range of individuals, businesses and organizations in any way of support to the music world. We check out their websites and showcase and feature them as valuable resources for our users.
What features are available for me if I register as a user?
Users can register to indizoo and include their email addresses in our mailing list. You may receive our e-blasts and emails notifying you of site updates, news and previews of artists and resources featured in the mailings.. This also allows you to participate in special discounts, give aways, contests and events designed especially for you as a registered user of indizoo.com. Registering also allows you to post comments on indizoo. Let your favorite artists know you are a fan.
Can I create a profile?
Sorry, but users are not permitted profiles on indizoo at the moment. We are working on making a fan section to the site which will let you interact more with the artists and resources on indizoo.

Why is the information in English on the Spanish page?
Indizoo is designed to be navigated in four languages, French, Japanese, Spanish and English. Interviews, articles and information is also translated. If you see any of these categories in English on another language page it is because translations are being completed and will be posted as they are available. The English is to fill the space where the translation will be inserted. All of our translations are done by professional, human translators.
Resource and Artist profiles are the exception. They will be posted in the language(s) of choice of that artist or resource. They are searchable by country and may be posted in any language the member chooses. Indizoo programming supports most languages. Certain characters and languages may not be viewed correctly on your computer if your language settings are not set to allow it.
